Peter Francis "Frank" Carroll was a former Canadian ice hockey player and coach. Carroll was head coach of the Toronto St. Pats for one season, 1920โ21. He then coached the Toronto Granites in 1921โ22 to an Allan Cup championship. He won the Stanley Cup with brother Dick in 1914 and 1918 serving as the trainer for the Toronto Blueshirts and Toronto Hockey Club.
