Julia Garner is an American actress. She is known for her starring role as Ruth Langmore in the Netflix crime drama series Ozark (2017–2022), for which she received critical acclaim and won two Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series, in 2019 and 2020, in addition one nomination in 2022 and one Golden Globe Award nomination in 2020 for Best Supporting Actress – Television.
