Theodore Paul Hendricks is a Guatemalan-American former American football player who was an outside linebacker for 15 seasons with the Baltimore Colts, Green Bay Packers, and the Oakland / Los Angeles Raiders in the National Football League (NFL). He was a member of four Super Bowl-winning teams, and was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1990 after being elected to the College Football Hall of Fame in 1987. He is distinguished as being the first Guatemalan-born player in the NFL.
