I really like to bike outdoors and love the weight-based workouts that I do. I am not the biggest fan of other cardio-based workouts. Off-season cardio sessions are pretty grueling.
I like weightlifting and cardio workouts, and I'll do a lot of circuit workouts and plyometric as well.
My favorite thing do is HITT workouts, or high interval intensity workouts. like to do that because I'm not really a cardio person.
I'm varying my workouts so it's not just cardio but also includes moves to maintain my flexibility.
Luckily I had just finished a Marvel film so I was already in a training mentality and then this movie happened and I was really just trying to focus on like as much cardio as possible because in this film I do a lot of running and a lot of running in 100 degree heat in Austinit was like a sprintit was very much like all one shot running around, sprinting. So I had to build up my cardio to be able to get to that place and also not to like, die.
I try and avoid cardio because it makes me lose a lot of weight. Instead, I do resistance training, model fit workouts, and ballet.
At the gym, I do full-body circuits with low weights and high repetitions, as well as four or five cardio intervals thrown into the mix. I put a lot of emphasis on core strength and flexibility training. I also do a lot of running in my free time. Anytime I can move my cardio outside in the sunshine, I do.

The type of work I do is more like CrossFit, so I do track workouts, and I do boxing workouts. So it's a lot of different things that I do. I don't want to overload the body too much, but when we do the hill, it's not like workouts.
I do as little cardio as possible. I prefer to eat clean as often as possible instead of doing huge amounts of cardio.
I eat a balanced diet. The secret is to watch your portions, but I also work out a lot. Working out a lot isn't necessary, but I am very active, and my body can endure intense workouts.

Often people, especially computer engineers, focus on the machines. But in fact we need to focus on humans, on how humans care about doing programming or operating the application of the machines.
I lift weights. I'll do a lot of running, a lot of cardio and strengthening. I use my body weight, a TRX sometimes. A lot of it is endurance.
I mix up my workouts to make sure I get cardio, toning, and strengthening covered.
