I always forget how important the empty days are, how important it may be sometimes not to expect to produce anything, even a few lines in a journal. Try to de-escalate the pressure. Take a couple of deep breaths. Don't hype things up. And stay positive, even if you're fighting for your life.
And the most important thing at the end of the day is that we stay together as one in relaying the information to the rest of the guys.
