So you get two good hours on the field about every day, you get about an hour and a half in the meeting room and that's pretty much all you need to thoroughly coach your team.
Tips-wise, I'd say drink as much water as possible, and I always think if you can do half an hour of exercise every day or, at least, get your heart rate up for half an hour every day, even if it's a power walk, it's good.

When you are with your team, you get the right motivation to work hard every day and get back to the field quickly.
It's much better to play the guitar a half hour a day, every day, than not practice for a week and then jam for five hours one day.
The best thing that a coach can have is experience. The first time that you're going out to lead a team on the field, you have certainly thought about what you're going to say, but it gets easier as you go. You'll learn what works and what doesn't, not just about what you do on the field but what you say to players to get them motivated.
