My sole literary ambition is to write one good novel, then retire to my hut in the desert, assume the lotus position, compose my mind and senses, and sink into meditation, contemplating my novel.
When you are free of form and not confused, you are focused. To be free of form externally is 'Zen.' Not to be confused internally is 'meditation.' External Zen and internal meditation, this is what we mean by 'Zen meditation.

The best form of meditation is the sitting meditation. But work is next. Work is a great way to meditate.

If you miss, you don't miss anything, you remain the same. If you attain, you attain to good sleep, that's all. No danger involved.
