A Quote by Alistair Overeem

As a fighter, you need to constantly improve. So that's what we've been doing: constantly improving striking, grappling, wrestling - there's always different aspects to improve.
Basically, I try to get across my striking, wrestling and grappling, and jujitsu. Every day, across the board, I try to get an equal amount of sessions throughout the week because I need to improve in all aspects of my fighting.
Improve constantly and forever the system of production and service, to improve quality and productivity, and thus constantly decrease costs.
I need to improve my striking and my wrestling, but I always be best at jiu-jitsu.
I'm a competitive player, a fighter, and I always try to improve what I think needs improving.
What we need is a bipartisan commitment to improving the laws on the books, to lower premiums, to improve access and improve quality of care.
I can always improve in the ring; I can improve on the mic. I can consistently keep improving.
You need to constantly out-do yourself and constantly improve yourself.
I need to improve on a lot of different areas. I need to improve on my timing on my shot-blocking, when to go, and when not to go. And there's definitely always room for improvement on my shooting.
That's the most important thing, improving myself in training, and improving in the things I don't do better, so improving in all aspects, in all areas, in training, to improve game by game and hopefully they will keep coming and hopefully we'll get to the top.
Constantly be aware and observing. Always seek to improve yourself and the team.
Only by constantly exposing myself to someone better than I have I been able to improve.
So to the best we can, what we do is focus on creating value for others, and how do we do that? We do it by trying to produce products and services that our customers will value more than their alternatives, and not just their alternatives today, but what the alternatives will be in the future. We try to more efficiently use resources than our competitors, and constantly improve in that, and we try to do the best job we can in creating a safe environment, and environmental excellence, and constantly improve at that.
We have to constantly be looking to improve.
As ideas are preserved and communicated by means of words, it necessarily follows that we cannot improve the language of any science, without at the same time improving the science itself; neither can we, on the other hand, improve a science without improving the language or nomenclature which belongs to it.
That's the way it should be: there has to be a drive to constantly improve.
She's learned to listen more and improve different aspects of her game. I'm most proud that she's improved her sportsmanship, her demeanor on the field. She's still working on leadership and that's improving.
