For cardio, I do SoulCycle. I really don't like to run, plus I have terrible knees and get bored on the elliptical. SoulCycle is basically a dance party on a bicycle, and you burn calories, and it's so fun.

I'm not great at just getting on a treadmill or an elliptical or even going to, like, a SoulCycle-type class.
I run a solid 4-6 miles at a time, and over the last year two years I've gotten really into SoulCycle. It's sort of an evolved form of spinning.
I got really into SoulCycle for a bit.
While cardio prompts your body to burn calories while you are exercising, resistance training not only sculpts, tones, and strengthens your body, but it causes your body to burn more calories when you are at rest.
I love SoulCycle, actually.
I don't like cardio since I get bored but dancing is another form of cardio that works well for me.
To work out, I do yoga and go to SoulCycle.
I do a lot of cardio. I think it's super important, especially for women. I don't have a tremendous amount of time to work out, so I find myself cramming in a cardio because that's all I can fit in. I think that if you don't have a lot of time, that it's the cleanest way to burn a few calories.
Twenty-thirteen was the year I got super into SoulCycle.
If I'm going to a party, I dance for as long as possible to burn the calories - the jive is great because you're on your toes a lot so it works your calves, thighs and bum.
I look forward to physical activity; it's a release from stress and a nice distraction. It puts me in a better mood. I never used to take classes before, but then I tore my plantar fascia so I couldn't run. I started taking SoulCycle classes, which I know are polarizing. People have strong opinions. Even though I can run again, I still go.
I wear SoulCycle stuff every single day of my life.
I can count on one hand the number of times I've done SoulCycle. I was not soul'd.
I personally love working out, but I always try to switch it up. I do a few different things, like SoulCycle, SLT for Pilates, yoga.
I do cardio for 35 to 45 minutes, whether that's on the elliptical or walking or running on the treadmill - I switch back and forth because I can get bored at times. Then, I'll go do some weights - I'll do some bicep curls, push-ups, sit-ups.
