A Quote by Anderson Cooper

I’d wanted emotion but couldn’t find it here, so I settled for motion. — © Anderson Cooper
I’d wanted emotion but couldn’t find it here, so I settled for motion.
I wanted to make mini features. And there was a wonderful creative freedom; not necessarily copying the lyrics, but just trying to create emotion. Like the songs, you know? Just like how the song creates an emotion, I wanted the video to create an emotion.
I guess I'm fascinated with motion because I find that whenever anything is moving, I have some feeling about it. It doesn't matter what kind of motion it is. A motion will always evoke some kind of reaction.
Emotion is energy in motion.
Emotion is created by motion.
Sex is emotion in motion.
Emotion is changed by motion.
Allow motion to equal emotion.
I've always loved stop motion animation and I particularly wanted to do stop motion with puppets that have fur, for whatever reason that is.
I wanted the truth, and I wanted the news, and I'd be damned before I settled for anything less.
There are a couple of writers I admired who were very good at giving the character's emotion without stating what that emotion was. Not saying "He was feeling tense," instead saying, "His hand squeezed harder on the chair arm," as if staying outside the guy. I wanted to try doing that. I wanted to have a really emotional story in which the characters' emotions are never straight - out told to you, but you get it.
Do you think anger is a sincere emotion or the timid motion of a fragile heart trying to beat away its pain?
Emotion is created by motion. Whatever you're feeling right now is related to how you're using your body.
With mindfulness, we can be with the experience in more immediate way. When we find ourselves flooded with an emotion that's come after the judgement, we've often missed the very judgment that triggered the emotion.
Whatever is in motion must be put in motion by another. If that by which it is put in motion be itself put in motion, then this also must needs be put in motion by another, and that by another again. But this cannot go on to infinity, because then there would be no first mover, and, consequently, no other mover; seeing that subsequent movers move only inasmuch as they are put in motion by the first mover; as the staff moves only because it is put in motion by the hand. Therefore it is necessary to arrive at a first mover, put in motion by no other; and this everyone understands to be God.
I keep a lot of things inside. I don't like showing too much emotion. Early in the minor leagues, they wanted me to show more emotion, but it wasn't me.
The most fatal illusion is the settled point of view. Since life is growth and motion, a fixed point of view kills anybody who has one.
