I want to go to Santos to win. I'm not going there to finish and to 'steal' money. I'm going to play well, so people say: 'Remember Andreas at Santos?'
My whole family is from Santos. Since I was little, I grew up watching this. I was becoming a player and I always dreamed of playing for Santos, but I went to Manchester. I got older, then everyone said, 'Why won't you play for our Santos?' I want to go, but I can't now. I want to play football in Europe, and then I'll go.
I always liked Santos. Then I started watching, it was the time, when I was very young, it was Robinho, Diego. Then I got the season that Neymar, Ganso and Elano played, I saw them all playing, that's when I fell in love with Santos.
It's easy to say, and a lot of people pay lip service, saying, 'I want to win.' But, well, everybody wants to win. What are you willing to sacrifice to be able to win? Are you going to sacrifice money? Are you going to sacrifice playing time? You gotta sacrifice something.
Listen to what I'm saying: I'm back. Junior Dos Santos, Alexander Volkov, or revenge against Stipe Miocic. That fight, I didn't do well, and I really want to fix it.
They say, 'We will give you money, but we want you to play this or that.' And I always thought, 'If I'm going to do that, I might as well go back and be a dishwasher.'
Style-wise, dos Santos is going to be an excellent fight for me - striker against striker. With my experience, I should have the upper hand.
I don't play a lot of tournaments, but if I don't win a tournament in a year, people are like, 'What in the world is going on?' People don't realize how hard it is to win tournaments. You're not going to go out and play 10 tournaments and win one of them. Your odds aren't that good.
I used to play for PSV. I was like, 'If I play for PSV, it's good. My dream is to play here. I love PSV as the club too. And then play for Santos.'
I didn't want to go there [America] at 34 years old and for people to say he's only going for the money. It's not what I'm going out there to do
Business is war. I go out there, I want to kill the competitors. I want to make their lives miserable. I want to steal their market share. I want them to fear me and I want everyone on my team thinking we're going to win.
Ray Santos is one of my personal heroes. I model my life on people like him.
We Republicans are going to go forward, and we're going to win. But more importantly, we're going to win for the country. We're going to win, win, win. And we're not stopping. We're going to have great victories for our country.
The theory is that if you take interest rates negative, people are going to say, "That's a silly game! I'm not going to lend my money to governments who want me to pay them. I am going to go into the stock market where I can get positive returns!"
You're not going to be able to look like anyone else, no matter how hard you try, unless you're a mimic, then you're not acting, you're just mimicking. You can't go on being John Wayne, that's John Wayne. So you're not going to steal from John Wayne. I'm not going to steal from John Wayne and you're not going to come back and say 'Didn't you get that from the circus?' You know. But he is one of those people who instructs me, whom I look up to - whom I think is one of the masters of his craft that I am so enamoured of.
When it's time to play, I'm going to come play. I'm going to play the right way. I'm going to try to help my team in all directions, blocking and catching. If I don't have the ball in my hand, I'm going to protect, block down the field. I'm going to do whatever it takes to win.
If we want to win, we're not going to be able to go out on the court and say, 'My turn' or 'Your turn.' We're going to have to play together and sacrifice some shots, some ball touches, some minutes.
