What do you have to do in life to get better? I would bet you would say study harder, or be more focused, be more determined, communicate better or try harder. But I would tell you just this, if you want to get better in this life the first thing you need to do is admit you're doing something wrong. It's the foundation of everything around us.
It's your body and you're going to have a much better life, you are going to have a quality life, better lifestyle, you're going to be healthier, you're going to be happier, you're going to enjoy the people around you and they're going to enjoy you more.
I love eating healthy and doing the yoga thing, because I think I'm going to live to a thousand doing so. And that's because I don't want to leave here so soon. I want to stick around as long as I can, but I know that's not going to be the case. We're all going.
