I'm going for Britain's Best Dressed Man award, but strangely, I'm never on the list.
To be a true fashionista, you have to be on the best-dressed list and worst-dressed list.
I was named on the worst-dressed list at the Grammys a couple of years ago. I had on Tom Ford, and I thought it was the most amazing dress ever. But I got put on the worst-dressed list. Luckily, at least I was pictured alongside Adele, J-Lo, and whoever - all these superstars who were also called worst-dressed - so that was a good thing!
THERE WAS NEVER A SCHINDLER'S LIST. It was drawn up by a man called Goldman. This man took money to put a name on that list - no money, no place on the list. I was told this by a Dr Schwartz, in Vienna; he had paid in diamonds to save his wife
I never won any award, ever, except for a Houston Press award, but other than that, I never won an award.
Awards have lost their charm. The experience of getting an award has completely dissolved. Awards functions start in December and go on till April and are distributed for anything and everything. Categories like Best Jodi, Best Dressed Celebrity are all redundant.
If I ever end up on the worst-dressed list, it's not going to make me fall apart.
Every year I look at the 'GQ' Best-Dressed List and have thought what an honour it must be to be included. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw my own face in there.
I'd rather be number one on the worst-dressed list than number two on the best.
When I started my blog, it was really this one goal - I said, 'I am not going to be famous to the world, but I could be famous to people on the Internet.' And I set a goal. I said, 'I'm going to win an award,' because I had never won an award in my entire life.
Making the best-seller list is a big deal; it's like being nominated for an Oscar. Hitting No. 1 is like actually winning the award. It's very gratifying.
The person who proclaimed me Best Dressed Man never saw me in my sport outfit.
Obviously, the best dressed awards is very relevant, I'm best dressed at all times.(smiles)
An award, to me, means a bonus. It's not that an actor works for an award. I don't work for an award. But, when you get an award, it is encouraging and inspiring and reminds you that you need to do well.
In Britain, a 'block list' of harmful Web sites, used by all the major Internet Service Providers, is maintained by a private foundation with little transparency and no judicial or government oversight of the list.
Being on the worst dressed list is better than not being on any list at all!
When they see you get what you want and move on, quickly, you've done a contract with the crew from that point. In Britain if the sparks call you Guv on day two, you never need an award of any other kind.
