I can't even begin to entertain another wrestler's perception of me if they don't understand what my fans look for in me. I'm different; I'm different. — © Bobby Lashley
I can't even begin to entertain another wrestler's perception of me if they don't understand what my fans look for in me. I'm different; I'm different.
I think a natural evolution for me would be to try to transfer over into the film and TV world and start playing different characters. Hopefully, that way, I can keep entertaining my fans that are fans of me, in different avenues and different spotlights. It's a natural evolution.
I don't really understand what the public perception of me is. I think public perception and reality are two wholly different things.

I'm going the extra distance to be able to come across different.
I love getting to have different food and getting to be around different people and different cultures and different ways people look at life. It's really kind of helped me open up my mind and see the world from different perspectives.
Yes, we are all different. Different customs, different foods, different mannerisms, different languages, but not so different that we cannot get along with one another. If we will disagree without being disagreeable.

For the camera, I like the feeling of changing into different characters. Even though I'm not acting, I still have to be someone different to show the product. If I'm not being someone different, I won't find it fun. I love the shows because it transforms you into a different person. Not Malaika - it makes me someone else. Naturally, I'm quiet and crazy. But when they give me an outfit, like a very elegant outfit, it transforms me into this beautiful woman - I can feel it inside me. I like that, playing different characters.
