A Quote by Bruce Ames

I think we all should try and eat a good diet. It's actually a wonderful to eat a good diet, because you're eating all of these different kinds of foods... and they all taste good, and when you get used to it, you feel better!
When I'm getting ready for a movie, let's just say my diet is 'The Antisocial Diet.' I don't go to restaurants. I don't eat what I really want to eat. I don't eat much. I eat small things frequently. Lots of protein and greens. And I don't eat with people, because there's a tendency to get social and then to overeat.

Eating a healthy diet is not just about eating a few special foods. There's a bigger picture. You need to practice moderation, eat a variety of foods, and get enough physical activity.
Once you get into fitness you do notice your diet and notice that certain foods don't quite agree with you. I don't think it was a conscious decision, I think it organically happened over time, but I do watch what I eat and try to eat healthy.
Oh, yeah. I think it's very serious that if you don't take care of yourself, and you know, try to live and eat healthy, it will catch you down the line and sit you down or put you in a hospital. So I think it's good to learn good habits, and you know, learn the good things to eat to make you actually feel better.
I feel that people who think it's okay to barely eat are wrong. There has to be a good balance of diet, food, and workout for your body to stay in good shape, always!
I think I just stick to eating a well-rounded diet. I don't cut out anything; if I crave something, I eat it. But I definitely try to stick to a balanced diet always.
I'm on the diet where you eat vegetables and drink wine. That's a good diet. I lost 10 pounds and my driver's license.
Diet is a big thing. I am a firm believer in you are what you eat. I juice a lot, I try and stick to a Paleo Diet. At its core, I look at MS as inflammation, so I try and eliminate foods that cause inflammation: dairy, gluten, grains.
BASICS OF DIET AND HEALTH The basic principles of good diets are so simple that I can summarize them in just ten words: eat less, move more, eat lots of fruits and vegetables. For additional clarification, a five-word modifier helps: go easy on junk foods.
I think a strict vegetarian diet acts as a good cleansing program for people who come from a diet heavy in animal foods and processed foods. But for some people, when it goes on too long it seems to backfire.
I try to eat a plant-based diet, but it is challenging in the winter months and traveling all the time. I just do my best every day to eat healthy, wholesome foods.
For my own health, I thought it was better to eat a plant based diet. I'm going to be 60 soon and I have boundless energy and I feel really good, so I'm all for it.
It’s never too late to start eating well. A good diet can reverse many of those conditions as well. In short: change the way you eat and you can transform your health for the better.
I love Spanish food. My diet is the Mediterranean diet, which is good food. I eat well.
If there's foods I don't like, like kale, it doesn't mean that I'm not efficient in my diet; it just means I can eat broccoli and other green vegetables. That's what people don't understand, is that as long as you're having a variety of foods in your diet, you don't have to have the food of the week that's everyone going crazy about.
