It's not even the female rappers that are catty - it's the fans. They just want that beef.
Female rappers get it the hardest. You have to be a girl, yet you have to be just as hard as the guys. I think some female rappers get scared out of the business before they can make it.
Guys pit female rappers against each other because female rappers - if you haven't noticed of late - are a lot more interesting than guys.
You don't want R&B singers to get into beef. Leave that to the rappers, let them do that - R&B, be classy.
Other female rappers are overly sexual, have no wit, and their lyrics are so generic. I want to change the game to make rap that shows I'm not a normal female rapper - it's not about how rich I am, how much sex I have, or how many boyfriends I have. That's just not me.
I think, so often, female cofounders are positioned in this competitive, catty way. It's just awful. It's not reality.
I don't get into record beef. That's the wackest beef. That's not even a beef; that's entertainment. Might as well be a wrestler or something.
I have a lot of female fans, and I feel like in this day and age, as a drag queen who is a female impersonator, I need to show my love and respect to all those female fans out there, especially my young ones who are learning about how to love themselves and love who they are in every way.
I want to see 10 female rappers getting regular rotation. It can't be all about a man's opinion.
There's competitiveness in everything. In any job, I'm sure. I think there's also this stereotype that women together are catty and competitive, which is just - nobody ever talks about men being catty or competitive. I don't think that's fair.
I think, growing up, the female friendships that I saw on television were portrayed as catty and vicious.
Tea seems to tenderize cheap cuts of beef. After cooking chuck, boiling beef and brisket (I even mixed rib eye, which is ever so cheap, and it's great) I have decided that the tannic acid in the tea is what tenderizes beef!
A lot of my female fans discovered me through the passion I have for bettering myself. Not to say the dudes don't, but my female fan-base is based off women who want to do better.
When I did 'Funkdafied' with JD, he was like, 'Okay, look Brat. I'ma tell you now - female rappers pretty much only go gold. So if it doesn't do whatever, don't be disappointed.' And I was like, 'Okay... I just want to do music.'
I enjoy female rappers, not because they're female but because I can connect to them more.
Right now, I'm pro-leave beef alone. Big shout-out to all the vegetarians who don't want beef!
I'm very proud of my team, and the way they stood behind me - and I'm very happy to show my female fans in that audience, and even my gay fans in that audience.
