Well, I used to model back in high school, and I was one of those people that, every week I was tuning in to 'America's Next Top Model.'
With 'America's Next Top Model,' I've always cast girls who the industry might call 'plus size' but I like to call 'fiercely real.' That was always important to me.
I'll be the first to admit it: I love fluff. Whether it's watching 'America's Next Top Model' or listening to dance pop like Rihanna's 'Where Have You Been,' I like to keep it light and fun, especially during the spring and summer months.
On 'America's Next Top Model,' I mentor girls on television. When that TV goes off, I actually mentor other girls in the modeling industry - girls that have not been on 'Top Model,' but who appear in 'Vogue' worldwide.
The majority of the time, I'm just in my team training clothes or work-out gear, but whenever I'm killing time, I always like to watch 'Project Runway' or 'America's Next Top Model.'
Don't get me wrong: 'America's Next Top Model' is fantastic. They've done 20 seasons, so they've obviously done something right. But I think what ensures that the winner of 'The Face' will become a working model is the prize - a year-long contract with a cosmetics company is huge.
I love watching reality shows - I'm up to date with 'America's Next Top Model' and I love 'Project Runway.' But the shows where they're just sitting in a house aren't as fun to me!
I watch America's Next Top Model in the gym and go, 'If I stay an extra 15 minutes, I will look like that girl!'
I was fired by 'America's Next Top Model' on my birthday.
I'm a big fan of 'America's Next Top Model.'
The reality show 'America's Next Top Model' is my girlie pleasure.
I applied for 'Korea's Next Top Model 2' when I was a freelance model, but I dropped out right after making it to the top 30. It left a resentment in my heart.
I like the Kardashians. I watch 'em. When Kim got the botox in her face, and it made her face go weepy, that was funny. I also watch 'America's Next Top Model.' I've always been a big fan.
'America's Next Top Model' is not a bunch of Barbies - it's a lot of girls that are atypically beautiful.
It's really an interesting crazy world where like ultimately you have to work your ass off and sacrifice a lot in your life and the end goal is personal and financial gain. You know, it's not like you're doing anything helpful to the world. You're really just trying to get ahead and to beat out the next person and to be on top and at the very top of those financial firms, like the people that make the crazy amounts of money I mean that's what their after.
I actually don't miss modeling and I think the reason why is because of America's Next Top Model.
