At It's a 10 Haircare, our products are for all hair types and create instant miracle results, exceeding industry norms and consumer expectations.
In the telecommunications, consumer products, and railway businesses, there are very real consequences if you don't meet the consumer's needs and desires. There are also substantive rewards for doing so, and especially for exceeding customer expectations.
I think the '90s is the reason why I recently had to find natural haircare products to allow my hair to grow. That was a time where they were processing your hair, and it was a time when African-American women wanted that straight hair.
Do you think that we're products of our environments? I think so, or maybe products of our expectations. Others' expectations of us or our expectations. I mean others' expectations that you take on as your own. I realize how difficult it is to seperate the two. The expectations that others place on us help us form our expectations of ourselves.
I view edge providers as a significant bright spot in our struggling economy. They are tirelessly innovating, growing, and meeting - often exceeding - consumer expectations.
Can advertising foist an inferior product on the consumer? Bitter experience has taught me that it cannot. On those rare occasions when I have advertised products which consumer tests have found inferior to other products in the same field, the results have been disastrous.
There sure are a lot of these 'instant' products on the market. Instant coffee, instant tea, instant pudding, instant cereal... instant dislike.
I'm really lucky in the sense that my hair holds curl awesomely well. It looks the same at 10 P.M. as it does at 10 A.M. One of my favorite products is Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray. I can get a lot of volume with it. I'm from the South - I like big hair.
I wash my hair after every shoot. If I'm not shooting I can normally do it every other day. I always follow my tailored haircare routine and stick to that, and I always get great results.
I noticed a lot of bands always having a few people in the band being interested in recording and audio production, so I got the idea to create products that would appeal to them. Rather than create tools that only engineers could understand, I designed tools that any musician could use and get instant great sounding results.
The industry must adhere to certain consumer protection norms if the Internet is to remain an open platform for innovation.
I'm a miracle man, things happen which I don't plan, I've never planned anything. Whatsoever I do, I want it to be an instant action object, instant reaction subject. Instant input, instant output.
As for my haircare rituals, I don't wash it every day, and I also let my hair dry naturally. My hair is bleached, so I'm mindful of not putting too much heat on it.
The shortest path to exceeding expectations doesn't generally pass through meeting expectations.
The first step in exceeding your customer's expectations is to know those expectations.
Meeting expectations is good. Exceeding expectations is better.
It's in our best interest to put some of the old rules aside and create new ones and follow the consumer - what the consumer wants and where the consumer wants to go.
