A Quote by Colin O'Donoghue

I was a 'Star Wars' fanatic growing up. I guess I still am. Pretty much for everybody who grew up in the 1980s as well, it's a symbol of their childhood. — © Colin O'Donoghue
I was a 'Star Wars' fanatic growing up. I guess I still am. Pretty much for everybody who grew up in the 1980s as well, it's a symbol of their childhood.
When I played Darth Maul, it sort of came from inside. I'm not saying it was natural, but I really enjoyed it, and I think I was tapping into my childhood, growing up with 'Star Wars.' And I grew up with G.I. Joe as well. Same as 'Thundercats' and 'Transformers' and 'He-Man.' And so I think it was the inner kid in me just came out.
I remember, growing up, you didn't wear an England shirt. The English flag was very much - and still is, to some extent - associated with the far-right movements of the 1980s that I grew up around.
I'm a big 'Star Wars' fan and grew up watching the movies. I read all the books and have read 'Star Wars' fiction that went between the newest trilogy and the original trilogy and it was part of my childhood.
For me, when I was growing up, everybody I knew was a 'Star Wars' kid.
I grew up with the 'Star Wars' movies since before I have many memories. We had them on VHS back in the day, so they were part of the fabric of growing up in my family.
'Star Wars' is something that I've been a fan of since I was a kid - I played all the video games and I grew up reading 'Star Wars' books.
Well, you know, we all grew up as 'Star Wars' fans.
I grew up thirty miles down the highway in San Marcos, and I've still got family there, so I guess I'm pretty well rooted.
I always wanted to be a rock star. That was my childhood dream. That's what I told everybody I was going to be when I grew up.
My choice growing up was the 'Star Wars' role playing game. At that time in the Nineties, they had a pretty robust pen and paper system.
I don't think discovery of a new planet has a huge meaning for children now, but what it means is the world they're growing up in is very different from children of previous generations. We had Star Trek, Star Wars and Futurama - and we still do - but for children today, they will grow up in a world where other stars were known.
I have always been a HUGE Star Wars fan since I was like 5 years old. Most of us in the writers room at Family Guy were big nerds growing up and could recite almost any scene from Star Wars.
I grew up on all the 'Star Wars' movies and 'Star Trek' and all that. I just haven't really kept current.
I grew up in L.A. I actually grew up in the Valley, which was a pretty amazing place to grow up because everybody has nice, big backyards, and I was kind of a little nature being.
I definitely grew up differently to most of my friends, and that was a little bit of a struggle then. I wouldn't want to change anything about the way I grew up, even though it was a different situation. I still love the way I grew up, and I had an amazing childhood with a really supportive family.
I grew up with 'Star Wars,' not 'Star Trek.'
