I love cooking for the sake of understanding how people before me used to feed themselves, used to feed their families.

Cooking is like doing yoga. There is a lot of satisfaction in cooking food for others.
If anyone had any advice for me, like, I would try to take it into consideration because I feel like, if it's good or bad advice, I can still take some bits out of it and try to use that to better yourself.
If we have some pet animals, we should feed them also before taking our food. Perceive God in every living being and feed them with that attitude.
My advice is before a big ride, eat a meal 2 hours or so before, to allow you to digest and process it, and without being crude, try to get to the toilet before.

Even cooking at home, the difference between my wife cooking and me cooking is major. When my wife cooks, the kitchen looks like a disaster. When I cook it's completely clean and organized and it doesn't look like anyone has been cooking in there.
For the most part this is a place to find down-to-earth advice on everyday cooking, eating, food shopping, cooking equipment, and nice things to put on your table.
But for fatherhood advice, try to look your child in the eye.... Get to know their name; that becomes important when you want something. And remember to feed them. That's about all you need.
You just have to work, we all have to work really hard to take care of ourselves and feed ourselves good information, just like we feed ourselves good food. Feed ourselves good books and good messaging and the things that make us feel like we can be connected with ourselves and others in a deeper way.
Women, like men, should try to do the impossible. And when they fail, their failure should be a challenge to others.
Others may try to feed our ego, but it is up to us to constrain it.
My stand is clear; produce to distribute, feed before you eat, give before you take, think of others before you think of yourself. Only a selfless society based on sharing can be stable and happy. This is the only practical solution. If you do not want it, then - fight.
For me, cooking is a way to try and please people and tell them I love them. When I fall in love with someone, I want to feed them as well.
