A Quote by Danilo Gallinari

The only thing we can control is the daily work we put in, and that's all that matters. — © Danilo Gallinari
The only thing we can control is the daily work we put in, and that's all that matters.
I start at square one with every role. If I let myself feel pressure, it would crush me. The truth is that everyone pays attention to who's number one at the box office. And none of it matters, because the only thing that really exists is the connection the audience has with a movie. Sometimes that's a palpable thing, but other times it's not. No actor has control of that. All you can control is your own passion for doing the work in the first place.
Essentially, no one can control what other people think of the final outcome. Once it's done, the audience will like it or not, they may even think I'm an idiot. They can also think I'm brilliant or whatever, I can't control that. What I can control is the joy in putting it together, the process of the work itself. I try and create an atmosphere where we're all enjoying the work. That's the only thing you can hold on to, the only true thing.
The NBA is a job. Just like any other job complaining about opportunity doesn't solve anything. The only thing you can do is control what you can control, and when you are at peace with the work you put in then you don't have any regrets and that's truly the main thing about this journey.
It's impossible to control the reception of your work - the only thing you can control is the experience of writing itself, and the work you create.

You can't control the success or failure of a thing you work on. You can only control the thing you work on.
The only thing that matters is here and the only thing that matters is now. And America's inability to delay gratification is because we do not have eternal thinking.
All that matters is the pressure you put on yourself. External pressures cause people to choke. While you can't control what happens to you, you can control how you react.
What matters - the only thing that matters - is winning. It's nice to entertain the fans and to gain new ones, especially from the States, but on the night... that's all that matters.
In football, you only work for the things you can control. You cannot control the outside world: you can only control your preparation; you can only control your performances.
What empowers me in my daily work and life is the knowledge that I will be guided, if I let go of my need to control. That I need only to leave space for grace to work in me.
When you finish reading the book [Today Matters], take the daily dozen and list them in order of how well you do them. For example, the one that I would put at the highest for me is attitude or relationships because I'm really strong at both of those. At the bottom would be health. What I tell people is, "Take one month and work on one of the daily dozen for a whole year." And so it's really a one-year personal growth plan.
The only thing that matters my goal my reward my beginning my end is the work itself. My work done my way. A private personal selfish egotistical motivation. That’s the only way I function. That’s all I am.
Control what I can control. Study the pitchers, work hard, put the work in. That's all I can control.
The only thing I can control is myself. I can't control what anyone thinks about me, I can't control circumstance, I can't control the things that God controls.
The only thing that I can do - and the only thing that I've always done - is to ride my bike fast and get my head down and control the things I can control.
