I'd spent five hours that morning trying to write a song that was meaningful and good, and I finally gave up and lay down. "My Trigger" is the best combination of song and track. "Heart Is Full" is maybe the best song we've done as a song, and that's why we try to play it in different ways, too, because I think for a lot of people the track was a bit distracting from the song.
