There are a lot of leg strains on the inside of the legs. There's a lot of pressure on your legs and knees. Shoulders are another big thing. We play a physical sport and those are the areas that go.
It's just as important to work on the little muscle groups as well as the big muscle groups. People, when they train, go to gyms. I call them 'nightclub bodies' - ginormous up top, and legs are little sticks. You see a lot of people, and they forget you can't leave the little muscles behind.
I am doing a lot of core training exercises to build and strengthen my body, spending more time in gym. I am also doing endurance training like repeating 300m, 350m races in a day. Then I also do repeat of 60m, 70m.
One-day cricket is a lot more draining because it's a lot faster. You don't get as much break. You are running a lot harder.

I see that things are getting made a lot faster for less money and there are a lot less opportunity, I think, for actors. I certainly see that people seem to have to work harder with a lot less time.
I'm training at Phase 1 Sports in Las Vegas, and it's a very high-end training facility for a lot of top-level athletes. I have been able to add a lot of power and the endurance to keep that power going. I've always been powerful, but the muscle conditioning I've been able to add has been a tremendous amount of help.
I eat a huge breakfast every morning. I do a lot of work at the gym, a lot of power-lifting, a lot of cardio, and I study wrestling tapes.
Each training session I'm getting better and better. I have no other duties now, no worries, it's all about training, eating and sleeping. I have a lot more time and can put a lot more effort into training. I'm feeling better every day. As long as I'm feeling myself I'm definitely in no doubt I can go to the Olympics and win.
