But I'd love to artistically commit to a project from beginning to end, which I think you can only do as a writer or director.
If Im honest, the reason I got into acting is not the reason Im still doing it, and if Im still doing it in ten years time, Im sure Ill find something else.

Theater roles are written by the great masters. The greatest literature that you can possibly know are the theater roles like King Lear, Hamlet, and all of those great roles. So all you do is you dive into these unchallenged roles and see how far you can get, what kind of accolades you can get, and how good you can be in them. In movie roles, you can actually improve them by knowing a lot about your own stage technique, which helps a great deal in the cinema and how you can project inner humor even though the particular dialogue is not necessarily funny, but you can infuse it with humor.

Im not just here in this city to play football, Im here to actually create real change in this city. If my effort can give you hope, faith or love, then so be it. Ill give everything I have, and today was about me giving everything that I had, showing people that no matter the circumstances that you may be going through, just push through it. Creating the opportunities for other people and solid projects, things that I like, for sure, definitely. Acting I'll do forever, but I want to produce as well.
