On the McGuire course, there's a technique called 'cancellation' where negative experiences are replaced with positive ones.
Every single thought I have and every sentence I speak is an affirmation. It is either positive or negative. Of course, with showbiz there's a lot of negative things, along with the positive, and it's just what you choose to focus on. And I choose to focus on the positive.
