A Quote by Guy Sebastian

I always struggle to get Aussies on stuff if I'm just being honest. I've asked heaps of Aussies to do duets and it's always just a pain in the bum and I just don't bother any more.
I've always find that Aussies and Vancouver-ites in general just have a similar kind of attitude.
Aussies are big and empty, just like their country.
I always find it kind of more interesting when people ask questions like, "What were you like as a kid?" Or just kind of personal history stuff, like, "What was the lowest point of your life?" Because that would be like, "Huh, well, I'd have to think about that one." And then give an honest answer. I think a lot of people don't want to give honest answers, or they just are in business showbiz mode when they're talking about stuff, so that's probably why a lot of that kind of thing doesn't get asked.
Many people told me not to call the book '... Refugee' because Aussies won't buy it. I told them I have faith in Aussies, and it makes me a proud Aussie to see that the title hasn't hurt the book.
I find the Aussies are great and just let you be. The odd time, somebody has something smart to say, but it's very rare.
I'd say the majority of my friends are Australians, although I have some good American friends, but I think with Aussies, we just get it. We don't take each other too seriously, which is a relief.
I think Americans are very verbal and Aussies are more circumspect, and that can come across as being clearer. It can also come across as abrupt and cold. Some people find me to be abrupt and cold. That's just my personal style.
I don't like anyone from any other team, even the Aussies when it comes down to it. Once you get on the court, it is what it is.
If I am honest with myself, a not-insignificant fraction of my enjoyment of any episode of 'Game of Thrones' is delivered in its opening moments. I sit down, settle in, and... BUM-bum, bah-dah-BUM-bum.
I struggle just like everybody else struggles. It's always a struggle in life to overcome temptation. I just try and get through it. No one is perfect.
Australia has suffered a decade of drought, epic floods, a Category 5 cyclone, and a plague of locusts. But just because Aussies have the biggest carbon footprint in the world, it doesn't mean they're stupid.
I just always stay honest with myself. All my stuff isn't boastful, but some of it is. But that's just the music, the art.
Any struggle or pain that you experience just gets you to the top, and you can't get there without making the climb. A few years later, you won't remember exactly the way the pain felt or how long it took, you'll just remember the view from the top. In fact, you might smile at the fact you had to work to get there.
When I made my one-day debut for South Africa I met some of the Aussies for the first time. We lost the game and when I shook the hands of players I just wanted them to look me in the eye and acknowledge I had competed.
We've always just gotten up there and played. We don't have any dancers, we don't have all that stuff going on, we just get up there and play.
Just watch. Pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered. When you try to take it too far, people turn the other way. I'm just telling you, when you've got a good thing and you get greedy, it always, always, always, always, always turns on you. That's rule No. 1 of business.
