I'd definitely say I end up being more attracted to darker roles. Probably because I like darker movies and plus, just as an actor, I think it's always more fun to play the darker roles where you get to stretch your arms a little bit more. It's like therapeutic.
There are definitely things about acting that have helped me growing up and finding myself, but there are also things that make it a bit more difficult. So all you do is you dive into these unchallenged roles and see how far you can get, what kind of accolades you can get, and how good you can be in them. In movie roles, you can actually improve them by knowing a lot about your own stage technique, which helps a great deal in the cinema and how you can project inner humor even though the particular dialogue is not necessarily funny, but you can infuse it with humor.

But acting is my main profession so it's about finding the right balance. I don't know how, if I went any further with the music, I would manage to do both - I would have to take time off from acting because I couldn't do both at same time. I could do six months on and six months off perhaps. But I'm really proud of the record. I've worked on it for a while and I'm really glad to finally get the album out, having done three EPs prior to its release.
