I just try to keep myself positive and really active. — © Ivan Moody
I just try to keep myself positive and really active.
Once I got done with my career, I knew in my soul that I don't have any negative thoughts about myself. I just don't because I know you say you can and you say can't, you are right. I try to keep my mind full of really positive stuff.
I try to be active five to six times a week, and I keep very healthy, but I don't beat myself up on a bad day. If you're working fourteen hours on a set and you need to eat five protein bars, then you just do that. I keep it a regular and normal part of my life as [much as] I can.
Every now and then I will play; I try to focus on charitable work. I might do it because it's an offer I can't refuse, so I rally and try to stay in shape and keep myself active.
What I really want is to keep myself active.
The hell with the aging process. It happens to everyone - you just keep your mind active, you keep physically active.
I try not to think of myself in any category, and I don't ever really try to imagine myself competing with another actor. I just know I want to do the things that I would want to see, and I know the things that turn me on, whether it's on the stage, or it's a play or a film. I just kind of want to keep doing my own thing.
I try to keep myself grounded and to stay true to who I am through every experience, positive or negative.
I'm just going to keep fighting, try to stay active as much as possible.
Positivity, that's one of the things I try to spread throughout my company and really anyone I come in contact with. Because as you know, life's too short. You got to keep it positive and keep it fun.
I try to keep my mind full of really positive stuff.
My mom was a really positive, jovial person, so I try to keep it upbeat like that.
What I find really interesting is to try and mix it up, to push myself and try different things. I don't want to stay in my comfort zone. I want to take risks and keep myself scared.
I try to stay positive and keep my head up right, but I really do have a lot of anxiety.
All I can control is myself and just keep having a positive attitude.
I really struggle with that feeling of helplessness. That's why I really try to get my blogs, and even myself, to point to the positive and look at all the inspiring things that are happening.
Previously I always thought it was just tactical and technique, but every match has become almost mental and physical - I try to push myself to move well. I try to push myself not to get upset and stay positive, and that's what my biggest improvement is over all those years. Under pressure I can see things very clear.
