It's always great fighting in front of familiar faces and not having to travel and deal with jet-lag and all of that stuff.
I seem to spend a minimum of eight hours a day in transit of some sort or another... that's eight hours of your life gone. People always ask if I suffer from jet lag, but it's kinda become really normal for me... Although the jet lag does become a factor and you're pretty much always tired.
I refer to jet lag as 'jet-psychosis - there's an old saying that the spirit cannot move faster than a camel.
My jet lag is getting a bit ridiculous. But, you know, it's first-world problems. It's a wonderful problem, 'Oh I have to travel around the world; how awful.'
I'm happy here on the surface of the earth. If space travel ever got to be as simple as jet travel today, yeah, I'd take a jet flight to the moon.
One of my favorite luxuries in life is travel. Jet lag and lost baggage aside, it's an incredible way to learn about other cultures, meet new people, broaden your horizons... and do some amazing shopping!
Doing radio breakfast shows makes you the most unhealthy person in the world. It's like having jet lag and you just eat at really weird times.
I know how to deal with jet lag, and I know just how much rest I need and when I need to take naps. When you walk on stage, you need your brain working at its highest and most fully-functioning, so it's not always easy, but I sort of figure it out.
I mean, I'd love to have a private jet - I know people who fly by private jet all the time... I've hitched a ride a few times and it is not overrated at all; it's a great way to travel!
I've just always been terrified of having to speak in front of people. When I used to go in school and then I had to do a report in front of the class and speak, I would freeze up, sometimes I would even like tear up almost and start crying and stuff... couldn't deal.
I was always getting run-down from jet lag and being in strange towns where I didn't speak the language or know what the food was like.
It's great to have a private jet. Anyone that tells you that having your own private jet isn't great is lying to you.
My heart has jet lag.
Jet lag is for amateurs.
It's not easy to recover from jet lag.
To combat jet lag, when you get to your destination go straight to a park, take your shoes off and walk barefoot. It's something to do with having your feet in contact with the earth - it's supposed to be grounding.
I'd love to get ideas on overcoming jet lag.
