One of my goals was to be in the top 100 - just once!
My original goal was to get into the Top 100. I listened to every song in the Top 100 every day. I knew them all - this is where the gods reside.
When I turned professional, what I was really aiming for was to be in the top 100, try to hold the top 100 for ten years, and just be in the show, and have a nice career. It's more than I could have ever hoped for. I worked awfully hard for it, but there are other people who worked just as hard and didn't get the breaks. I recognized that I've been lucky and being able to live this life that I wanted since a young age. I really went after it with everything that I have and somehow it worked out.
I have 41 Premier League goals. For me the 100 club is massive. That is a massive carrot there to get into that in four years. That is where I'd like to be at the end of my career, 100 Premier League goals and join that elusive club.
Set too many goals and keep adding more goals. Goals have a tendency to be realized all at once.
Once an ebook hits the Kindle Top 100, sales tend to snowball as new customers discover it in greater numbers.
I feel good. I'm up there. I got third in the 100 'fly, I've qualified in the top eight already for the 100 freestyle.
I once bought a 45 ice cream. I had to do it. They had a 100-year-old vinegar drizzled across the top. And that was worth it.
Ski jumping is just 10 per cent physical, 90 per cent mental. Some people can't do that. It's not just to do with the fear at the top. It takes a lot of guts to go off the top, but it takes 100 times more courage to jump off the end.
Getting back to 100 per cent is one thing, but working at 100 per cent is something else entirely. And given one of my main goals has always been improving my skill set, to do that, I need to be working out at 100 per cent.
My best race is the 100 fly, but for the 50 you just have to go really fast one way so I really like it too. It's not the same strategy. For the 50 I just breathed once, so it's really different from the 100 fly.
What fulfills me are the goals that I have in life. And those goals are not just about scoring goals, although the goals give me a lot of strength and happiness.
I have proven people wrong so many times. I was told when I was younger there is no chance I will make the top 100, top 50, top 30. Every time I have proven them wrong. It's kind of nice.
I think whenever you have any kind of injury or challenge, you just have to deal with it the best you can. You have to decide what's important to you and focus on getting back to where you want to be. And enjoy where you are and what your goals and dreams are and just give it 100 percent.
The position as a striker is the hardest one in the Premier League. If you look at some top, top strikers, even they struggle to score goals here.
I may have exaggerated a bit when I said that 80 per cent of the top 100 women are fat pigs. What I meant to say was 75 per cent of the top 100 women are fat pigs.
