If there are no obvious choices, relax and accept the fact that for now, you cannot do anything.

My past was always there. And I always understood that I was adopted. It wasn't like a massive issue to me. But identity was an issue. But, it was affecting in regards to identity.

They don't care about your past failures, or any other obstacles you face. Stop making excuses and start making choices.
