I am a trombone player, and that was my first instrument. — © Johann Johannsson
I am a trombone player, and that was my first instrument.
I more or less think that the trombone was chosen for me. I first selected a violin, which I didn't do too well with, and, ironically, the only thing left was the trombone. Still to this day, I am deeply satisfied when watching a guitar player who is connected with their art and instrument. GuitarTV helps you tap into that connection, and to each other.
The thing that influenced me most was the way Tommy played his trombone. It was my idea to make my voice work in the same way as a trombone or violin-not sounding like them, but "playing" the voice like those instrumentalists.
The first time I heard Jack Teagarden on the trombone, I had goose pimples all over.
Piano was my first instrument, but it wasn't the instrument that I showed the most proficiency on.
For the first time, humanity is instituting a genuine instrument Kyoto Protocol of global governance,"..."By acting together, by building this unprecedented instrument, the first component of an authentic global governance, we are working for dialogue and peace.
