What is your legacy? Are you intentional about the sort of influence you want to have on the world around you? Leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less...titles don't have much value when it comes to leading. True leadership cannot be awarded, appointed, or assigned, it comes only from influence, and that cannot be mandated. It must be earned.
I am convinced more than ever that good communication and leadership are all about connecting.
