When you move as openness and softness of heart you’re moving in this life within your self in the same way that your being is. When you move as openness and softness of heart, you are all the way into the surface moving and growing, developing as oneness.

Let your sexuality move in whichever way it does. Do nothing to guide it or control it. What brings it into balance is you being in your heart in the midst of it.
I will give one piece of advice that always keeps me going; get your body moving every day, no matter what. Don't truly have an off day, just move. Move light and try to get your body moving to break a light sweat.
Practice sharing the fullness of your being, your best self, your enthusiasm, your vitality, your spirit, your trust, your openness, above all, your presence. Share it with yourself, with your family, with the world.
