A Quote by John Fetterman

When you have the president arguing that there was mass voter fraud in the absence of any evidence whatsoever - I mean, literally zero - what's to stop anyone from saying so-and-so's a so-and-so?
A lot of states that pass voter ID laws have little to no evidence of in-person voter impersonation fraud, which is the only kind of fraud that voter ID laws could guard against.
There's another way to phrase that and that is that the absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence. It is basically saying the same thing in a different way. Simply because you do not have evidence that something does exist does not mean that you have evidence that it doesn't exist.
There is no evidence of widespread voter fraud during the 2016 elections or any relatively recent election.

Statistically there is enough voter fraud to sway zero elections.
If anything, a message back to [Donald] Trump is, if you have proof, if you have evidence, please bring it forward. Procedures are in place to investigate any real voter fraud.
Even if the absence of evidence for a given god were not evidence of its absence, it would still be evidence that the belief in that god is unreasonable. That's the only proposition that any atheist of any kind has to demonstrate in order to win the argument. Because anything beyond that... is just having fun.
There is just no evidence of rampant voter fraud when it comes to mail-in ballots.
By freethinking I mean the use of the understanding in endeavoring to find out the meaning of any proposition whatsoever, in considering the nature of the evidence for or against, and in judging of it according to the seeming force or weakness of the evidence.
Paul Ryan, was saying [on election 2016 "I don`t see any evidence of systemic fraud."
I'm against voter fraud in any form, and I have long supported a national voter ID card. But ID cards need not - and must not - restrict voting rights in any way, shape or form.
As the evidence has shown, the cases of voter fraud across the country are statistically minimal if you go back decades.
Every time voter fraud occurs, it cancels out the vote of a lawful citizen and undermines democracy - can't let that happen. Any form of illegal or fraudulent voting, whether by non-citizens or the deceased, and any form of voter suppression or intimidation must be stopped.
Americans are struck by lightning with greater frequency than they commit voter impersonation fraud, and that's the only kind of fraud that photo ID requirements could have any hope of preventing.
