I'm a clean liver; I'm no thief. Kids go through phases of nicking stuff. I've nicked stuff - most people have - but I haven't nicked anything of significance. — © Jonas Armstrong
I'm a clean liver; I'm no thief. Kids go through phases of nicking stuff. I've nicked stuff - most people have - but I haven't nicked anything of significance.
Ant & Dec have always nicked stuff off us. We met their writers, they said they just trawl our stuff and adapt it. The problem is they're a lot bigger than us, so people think we're copying them.
We never nicked stuff from other bands because that was a no-no because we were all in the same boat. You don't steal from the poor because, let's face it, they're poor. There's no sense in that.
I go through phases of stuff.
I have a feeling I'm going to wake up one day and say 'I can't do dirty stuff anymore, I want to go all clean.' I'll do clean stuff too, I like to entertain people. Then they egged me on; we shot it at The Laugh Factory.
I go through phases when I'm super into my anime stuff.
I seem to go through phases with collecting stuff: vintage Japanese men's magazines, coconut monkey carvings, '70s belt buckles.
My experiences in life are getting bigger and better. The more stuff I do, the more stuff I talk about - having kids, traveling, going through relationship problems, dealing with things in my own family. All that stuff builds character.
Harry, just go down to the lake tomorrow, right, stick your head in, yell at the merpeople to give back whatever they’ve nicked, and see if they chuck it out. Best you can do, mate.
I risked getting my tyres nicked by going to Robbie Fowler's home in Liverpool!
People go back to the stuff that doesn't cost a lot of money and the stuff that you don't have to hand money to over and over again. Stuff that you get for free, stuff that your older brother gives you, stuff that you can get out of the local library.
I go through a lot of bad stuff, because most of the stuff that's written is pretty bad. But occasionally something comes along that's good, and I want to do it.
I'll admit that I don't have a lot of discipline when it comes to practicing. I'm not the type of guy who sits at home with a metronome and runs through scales and stuff like that. But I do go through phases when I'll be more diligent, and I notice that warming up and working on some patterns will make my playing cleaner.
Jay Cutler, he's a fine quarterback, but I think at times he gets a little nicked up.
I've just had some things to deal with, like family stuff, you know, lost my mom. Which is the most difficult stuff I've gone through. But it's just normal human stuff.
All people naturally hate. My kid bites people now. I didn't teach my kid to bite anybody. Kids say mean stuff. Only through love do we get this evil out of them. Only through love and structure and discipline do they not hate. The kids that hate didn't learn anything, that's the problem.
I go back to the old school days of that Attitude Era stuff. Everybody knows when I speak of the Attitude Era, my favorite stuff is of the mid-'80s, all that NWA stuff, the World Class stuff, the stuff that Bill Watts was doing.
