I see a lot of young guys going back to the suit, but they're doing it in a way that's less of a uniform.
Especially young guys, it's always fun to see young guys come in and have that same enthusiasm about playing a certain way and fitting into a certain role and going after guys, trying to get them off their game.
I would like to see more airplay for all artists, no matter what age. I think there's a lot of money being spent toward the young guys, but a lot of the older guys are the ones who blazed the trail for those young guys.
U.S. wrestling is more of a scrambling style where guys take a lot of risks. You could watch a match in the states and see a score of 18-12. There is going to be a lot of action, transitions and guys going back and forth and trading points.
Let's say you would see me in a lot more big movies had I done movies that I'd been asked to do playing bad guys. Now that I have a child on the way, I think that you'll probably be seeing me play more bad guys. If that's what's going to put bread on the table, that's what I'm going to be doing.
I don't have a problem with dives out of the ring, but there are a lot of these guys who don't have anything to fall back on, and they're not making any money doing it. A lot of these guys go out there, and they're gonna break their necks at 23 years old doing things they shouldn't be doing.
Actually, a person asked me if I was ever going to come back to WWE. I told them that if I came back, it probably wouldn't be as WWE Superstar, because the young guys are really what it's all about. Bringing me back as an announcer is a great position for me to actually go out and make the young guys bigger stars.
It was nice to wear a suit at a young age, it's different from a school uniform.
In order to stay ahead of the young talent, you have to pay attention. You have to see what young talents are doing, and I see what a lot of young talents are doing.
You see a lot of guys going downhill as they get older, but I'm going the other way, and that's because of diet.
A lot of young guys, I'm just trying to show them the way, make sure they have successful careers and I'm having fun doing it.
There is something to be said though when you have 4 or 5 guys playing with no net, there is a sense of urgency, It is organic with a lot of anticipation and you can hear it, the way it is played. My favorite bands that I love from way back have a lot of things going on and it makes it real, it is not tangible but it is the spirit of the moment.
I think J.Crew has figured out a way to make young professional guys look cool with a polished suit that looks expensive but is actually affordable.
I took a lot of pride, honestly, in hiring these young guys, that not only to become future head coaches, but I wanted young guys that could help me - guys that can coach, guys that could study, guys that loved it, that would do it for nothing. That's how I got into coaching with the 49ers when John McVay hired me.
If I have things my way, over the next few years, I'm going to be doing a lot more directing and a lot less acting. That will be fun for a while.
If people see me giving back to the military, they'll hopefully follow suit and be good to these guys who have done so much. I'm not Lance Armstrong or Tiger Woods - I'm just an old, gray-beard mountain climber, but I'm hoping to inspire people to follow my way.
I'm really worried about what the world is going to be like when my daughters are young women, [when] they are young leaders or mothers or businesspeople - whatever they're going to be. I'm afraid they're going to have a less healthy and less biologically rich planet.
