To train a national team, you have to know what team you have at your disposal and what this team is capable of. You need to get the best out of them and take them as far as possible. Yet, sometimes, you can't achieve your goals.
It doesn't change much, my job from one team to the another. What I bring to the table. Helping the team be better and helping the young teams grow and help the talent already here. Get the best out of them.

It's like a mosaic, you have to put all the pieces together.
If my team isn't motivated, it's my fault. I can't consider myself the best of the best until my team is able to get out of the first round.
