I will try to do my best in training and in games if I'm introduced.
I think playing a lot every three or four days is the best thing. The best training is the games; there is no training in the week that you can compare the intensity, fatigue, and everything that you have in a match.
I do my research the same as everyone else - I watch games relentlessly and try to be the best that I can be. It should be irrelevant whether I'm male or female, so as long as I work hard and try my best at it, then more we keep speaking about it, then we can eradicate it from the game.
I just focus on getting better every day, putting things right in training and then hopefully what I'm doing right in training I'm doing to show in games as well.

Young players try and imitate the best players like Ronaldo. They try to imitate the hair, the clothes, the cars, the tricks. I try to tell them how hard Cristiano Ronaldo trained in training and after training. He only wanted to be the best. Everything else came after.
If you've done the work, done the training sessions, when you go into these games, you should feel ready. All you can ask is, 'Did you do your best, and try your best,' and then what happens, happens.
Coming into the offseason, when I'm training, when things get hard, I know there's guys that are across the country, training and trying to be the best in the country and trying to be the best in the world. So that just motivates me to just keep going and keep working.
If you want to keep up with the changes, then you have to watch as much football as you can. Live is the best way but also on television. All the best teams: Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and now City. What are they doing? If possible, go and see them training. You can always learn.
I try to give everything I have, both in training and the games.

It's all fun and games when you're scoring goals but there will be a time when I'm not and I just have to try and keep doing the same things. Hit the target and, you know, see what happens at the end of the game.
I'm competing with myself every day in training to try and better myself, and going into games to try and score goals.

I've trained all my life. I've always been one who enjoys training so it's not something that I think I can just stop doing. It might not be as regular but I want to keep training.
I could sit at home, watch TV, and go for the odd run. But to be the best, you have to make this sacrifice, keep going away and doing blocks of training in the mountains.
