There is a time to go ahead and a time to stay behind. There is a time to breathe easy and time to breathe hard. There is a time to be vigorous and a time to be gentle. There is a time to gather and a time to release. Can you see things as they are And let them be all on their own?
Sleep when you can, rest when you can, take care of yourself, eat well, and hopefully, you just take advantage of the opportunities that are presented to you and spread some good.
If you have time to be with a dog, and the dog is smart, you come to understand the dog, and the dog understands you. They're not hard to train. But they have to be smart, and you have to spend time with them. It's like coaching. I was a better coach when I had smart players.

I stay out of the sun, and if I'm in the sun, I'm wearing SPF. I protect my skin as much as I can; I learned that a long time ago. I also exercise every day and I get the endorphins going. It's important not only for my physical self but also for my mental self and my emotional self. I'm healthy, I eat well most of the time, I take care of myself and I drink a lot of water. But I also enjoy myself. Taking care of yourself doesn't have to be painful, it's about finding the right balance, I think.
As a mother I think you often get so caught up in trying to take care of everyone else that you forget to take care of yourself. But I'm a much better wife and mother when I take the time to take care of myself.
