It's always physical in the NWSL - that's why this is such a demanding league and we know that.
The way I look at it within myself, why not? Why can't I be the MVP of the League? Why can't I be the best player in the League? I don't see why-why-why can't I do that? I think I work hard, I think I dedicate myself to the game and sacrifice a lot of things at a young age and I know if I continue to do good, what I can get out of it and if that's me going out or doing whatever, I'm willing to do it because I know in the long run, it's going to help me.
I think it is also the most demanding league; the pace of the game in the EPL is something else and rightly for me is maybe the best league in the world.
The NWSL is a great league. It's so competitive from every single team and every single game. They have the right people and they are invested in it.
Everything has to be within the rules, but the physical side in England is why it's such a competitive league.
Grown people know that they do not always know the why of things, and even if they think they know, they do not know where and how they got the proof. Hence the irritation they show when children keep on demanding to know if a thing is so and how the grown folks got the proof of it. It is so troublesome because it is disturbing to the pigeonhole way of life.
Jelavic improved massively going to the Premier League. He was great for Rangers, but Premier League is different: faster and more physical. He is perfect for the Premier League, has everything to succeed.
The Premier League is a physical league if you want to compare it to other leagues.
The Premier League is a different kind of league, in terms of physical play.
The Premier League is good, but I don't know if it fits my style. It is very physical.
The mental aspect of being a goalkeeper is very important so you have to go into the game with full concentration and confidence. That is a big part of your game and the Premier League is the most demanding league for any goalkeeper.
It's always difficult if you're coming into a new club and new league, especially the English one. It's a very demanding one, can be a very tough one.
I would not be worried about the physical aspect of the Premier League. I have scored goals in Argentina, Portugal, and now Spain. I am confident I can adapt my game to any league.
Why can't I be MVP of the league? Why can't I be the best player in the league?
You can be in this league for 10-15 years and not win a championship. My boy, Nelson Agholor, been in the league for three years and got a ring with Philly. That's what we live for and dream for. That's why I think a lot of guys stay in Pittsburgh: because we always compete for championships.
I know why we're strong. I know why we have held together; I know why we are united: it's because there's always been a growing middle class.
You have to be optimistic about golf. I mean it's physically demanding, particularly if you're on one leg. But it's psychologically demanding regardless of your physical infirmities. I mean, it's a tough sport. You've got to be disciplined and optimistic. And if you have a bad hole, you've got to be optimistic that you'll do well on the next hole.
