I'm always brought in to be the loser and I'm OK with that. — © Liz Carmouche
I'm always brought in to be the loser and I'm OK with that.
You've got to realize that in any competition there is always a winner and loser. When it turns out that you're the loser on a given day, you can be a graceful loser, but it doesn't mean that you're a loser in the sense that you're willing to accept losses readily. Concede that on that day you weren't the best and that you were beaten in competition. But that should make you more dedicated and hard working. It's wrong to accept defeat as a loser. Be graceful about losing, but don't accept it.
Start thinking positively. You will notice a difference. Instead of 'I think I'm a loser,' try 'I definitely am a loser.' Stop being wishy-washy about things! How much more of a loser can you be if you don't even know you are one? Either you are a loser or you are not. Which is it, stupid?
The Winner is always part of the answer. The Loser is always part of the problem. The Winner always has a program. The Loser always has an excuse. The Winner says, "Let me do it for you." The Loser says, "That's not my job." The Winner sees an answer for every problem. The Loser sees a problem for every answer. The Winner sees a green near every sand trap The Loser sees two or three sand traps near every green. The Winner says, "It may be difficult but it's possible." The Loser says, "It might be possible but it's too difficult." Be a Winner.
Tim was dead. And he's always been a loser. I'd be damned if I was going to be the victim of a loser - or anyone else.
Loser loser, double loser, whatever, as if, get the picture. DUH!
The loser is always a part of the problem; the winner is always a part of the answer. The loser always has an excuse; the winner always has a program. The loser says it may be possible, but it's difficult; the winner says it may be difficult, but it's possible.
It is ok to err, but it is not ok to stop playing; it is ok to lose, but it is not ok to give up.
I never want to be called a 'good loser.' Show me a good loser and I'll just show you a loser.
I don't want to be called a good loser. A good loser is still a loser.
Wherever you disrupt water from its natural cycle, there's always a winner and a loser. Whoever is the one it's directed towards is the winner, and whoever loses that water is the loser.
When you're a winner you're always happy, but if you're happy as a loser you'll always be a loser.
In modern war there is no such thing as victor and vanquished... There is only a loser, and the loser is mankind.
It's OK to burn a Bible, that's OK. OK to burn a flag, OK, that's all right. But just, you know, for heaven's sake, don't say anything that might offend someone of the Islamic religion.
It's OK to want to look and feel your best. It's OK to work at being attractive, whatever that means to you. And it's also OK to not expect to be defined by that. It's OK to be powerful in every way: to be big, to take up space. To breathe and thrive.
Learn how to be a loser, because it's important to be a loser to be a winner.
People are always asking, 'Is everything ok?' Look, I was not depressed, ok? I was just freaking exhausted.
