A Quote by Lucy Lawless

I just look at what's the most fun thing I can do next. I'm not looking to prove anything, or to break out or to break away. I feel so lucky, honestly, that I'm still working.
I don't feel the need to have to break out of anything or prove that I'm 'edgy.' Been there, done that mentality. I'm just ready to tackle on new projects that are challenging and help me continue to grow as an artist.
The thing that I look for in a script- I'm not looking for anything next because you never know where life's going to take you so you can't just expect I want to do this next. So I'm not expecting anything, I'm just hoping.

Things break all the time. Day breaks, waves break, voices break. Promises break. Hearts break.
Mr Hemingway does it extremely well. Nothing matters. Everything happens. One wants to keep oneself loose. Avoid one thing only: gettng connected up. Don't get connected up. If you get held by anything, break it. Don't be held. Break it, and get away. Don't get away with the idea of getting somewhere else. Just get away, for the sake of getting away. Beat it! "Well, boy, I guess I'll beat it." Ah, the pleasure in saying that
Things break all the time. Glass and dishes and fingernails. Cars and contracts and potato chips. You can break a record, a horse, a dollar. You can break the ice. There are coffee breaks and lunch breaks and prison breaks. Day breaks, waves break, voices break. Chains can be broken. So can silence, and fever... promises break. Hearts break.
When you work out or you're doing anything active, it's more fun as a group. You may lose track of the time, and the next thing you know, you're working out for two hours because you're having fun.
As for how I feel about any success I've had, I just feel extremely lucky. Writing is a tough racket, and there are a lot of writers out there better than me who can't seem to catch a break.
I just feel lucky that I somehow escaped from the confines of the business class... I feel so fortunate that somehow I managed to break out of that world and get to do something that really had more meaning.
You can sometimes break rules in comics that you can't necessarily break in cinema. It's fun to find something cool in a comic and then try and find a way to break the same rule in another medium.
Humanity is the start of the race; I say Humanity is the mould to break away from, the crust to break through, the coal to break into fire, The atom to be split.
Don't let anything poison your individuality. Break away & look in, not outward.
Just because it's a break doesn't mean it has to be fast all the time. It can be a secondary break, but you've got to allow the defense to break down.
My life doesn't change. I still have to go out and work hard every day, and do the best that I can do. I'm a third generation Californian, and there's a lot of talented, good-looking guys in California, so I'm just happy to be working, and lucky to be working.
Honestly I'm excited about the possibilities of what comes next, and the funny thing is, that is sort of what "Star Wars" is kind of about. I mean, I remember being 10 years old and seeing that movie and leaving the theater and feeling like, oh, my God, anything is possible. And I feel like anything is possible right now. I don't know what's next, but I look forward to it.
When break dancing was out, I break danced. When rapping was the thing, I freestyled rap on the street and battled and all that kind of stuff.
