There is such a thing as the impression of luminosity.
I don't want dead paint, so I test many of my works by studying them in a dark room at twilight or even after dark to check the luminosity. If the darker forms still have resonance and luminosity, I know the painting's working.

You just want to do the best you can, in terms of presenting their views and a general impression of the guy. That's the hardest thing to do, real people.
The perceptions of middle age have their own luminosity.
I've seen promotions rush things to market and not be strategic about it. The first impression is the lasting impression.
A good impression is great. But a bad impression is even better.
Love is, in its essence, a free, formless strand of luminosity.
The consequence was a positively fanatic [orgy of] freethinking coupled with the impression that youth is being deceived by the state through lies; it was a crushing impression
Luminosity is a quality dependent as much on technique as on the physical properties of individual pigments.
Live in joy, luminosity, and peace even among the troubles of the world. Remember who you are.
My impression was, 'This Hollywood thing doesn't seem too hard.'
Look carefully around you and recognize the luminosity of souls. Sit beside those who draw you to that.
As long as you continue to run away from the world, I will not be able to show you your luminosity.
I miss my mattress when I am gone; It's one thing I've made an impression on.
