A Quote by Marcos Alonso

Real Madrid was my home for a long time and I've not forgotten it. I grew up there, I met a lot of people and I made my debut. There's part of me that will always be there, I can't deny it. To play for the first team was a dream.
It's always special to return to Real Madrid because I've always considered it as being home. It's where I grew up, learned my trade, and the club has played a big part in who I am today.
I mean, I've always felt like a lot of people's misconceptions of me have to do with how I grew up. I grew up poor, and I grew up rich. I think some people who have never met me have a misconception that when I was living with my father when he was successful, that I was somehow adversely affected by his success or the money he had and was making at the time.
When we are little, we always dream, and the first teams that come into your head are those on the world stage for their marketing, their image, their publicity. That makes you dream about how nice it would be to play for Real Madrid, to play for Barcelona.
It's a special club, and everybody opened their arms to me from the first day. The fans and my team-mates treated me wonderfully since the day I arrived, and that warmth has made a madridista. Whatever happens, Real Madrid will always be in my heart.
I grew up at Real Madrid and played there a long time.
I used to go a lot to F1 when Real Madrid didn't play at the weekends. It was a lot of fun and I always wanted Real Madrid to play on a Saturday so I could watch F1 on Sunday!
For a kid that just played for Oviedo, to then going to play for a team like Real Madrid, it felt fantastic. But being taken out of my family home and moving away alone, into the residence Madrid have for young players, it was a bit difficult. But as time passed, I got used to it.
My childhood dream? To play at Real Madrid. In 2014, before he died, I promised my grandfather who was from Avila, 110 kilometers from Madrid, that I would play there. It will be complicated, but it sits in a corner of my head.
From the moment I left Sao Paulo and Brazil, I was fixed on staying here, playing for the first team and succeeding at Real Madrid. That was always my dream. But it was an advantage to be able to join Castilla first.
Hello, it's a dream for me to play for Real Madrid. Thank you for the great welcome. Go Madrid!
I'm going to play in the first team of Real Madrid.
The first team play in a certain way and when players are thrown into the first team you want to make sure they can handle it, and I think five of my players made their debut in the Premier League.
I do not know how history will judge me, but let me say that I've spent a lot of time and energy trying to transform the Tatas from a patriarchal concern to an institutional enterprise. It would, therefore, be a mark of failure on my part if it were perceived that Ratan Tata epitomises the Group's success. What I have done is establish growth mechanisms, play down individuals and play up the team that has made the companies what they are. I, for one, am not the kind who loves dwelling on the 'I'. If history remembers me at all, I hope it will be for this transformation.
My dream has always been to play for Real Madrid.
I grew up as a step-kid, always a little outside, always trying hard to follow and fit in. But over time, I've come to feel that my tendency toward self-erasure is a deep and real part of me. I think I'd be this way no matter how I grew up.
There are not many Cristiano Ronaldos in the world and Real Madrid has made a great financial effort, but Real Madrid wants the best team in the world.
