For my own style, I love vintage. 60's and 70's are my favorite. I love baby doll dresses and the soft colors. I try to mix a little bit of modern into that - maybe I'll wear it with boots. At my school we wear a uniform, but we have one day a week we can wear whatever we want.
London seems to be one step ahead of everywhere else which I like because you see things first. It's where British fashion is developed and there are so many little vintage shops and boutiques; there are always loads on offer.
I tend to splurge on fancy dresses because I always think I'll get a lot of wear out of them, but it's false logic. You should really spend more money on the things you wear every day, like jeans.
I am not the beachy girl. I don't wear flip-flops and beachy dresses. I'm not as poufy and girlie, but I am the girl who dresses up.
With all the hundreds of dresses and shoes I have, it would be an absolute crime if I don't have a little girl. I have a whole room at home filled with my stage wear.
I have a look for everything I do. No matter what I do, I try to dress the part. In the garden, I'd wear vintage Levi's, because they do a thick corduroy trouser and mine have got patches on them. So I'd wear them. And a tweed jacket. The full look.
I just love vintage. I have far too many vintage dresses.
I wear everything from hip-hop baggy pants to beautiful Armani dresses. I also like to mix vintage clothing with designer pieces.
I never wanted to wear skirts or shoes, makeup, nails, dresses, or even wear my hair a certain way. I always wanted to wear sneakers, stud earrings, hair in a ponytail, and play with the boys.
I liked wearing the '50s wardrobe. It was hard in the beginning. The first shows I wore regular young girl dresses. Then a little later I got to wear the poodle skirts and such.
I would never wear a look that was all the same designer. I always wear at least one thing that is vintage. I dress according to my mood, and I usually spend money on the basics, like leather jackets, handbags, sweaters and shoes.
Rod always dresses for dinner - even if I just want to wear tracksuit bottoms, he dresses up.
I love hats! I collect vintage ones - I find them at antique shops in Kansas.
I have always appreciated vintage clothing, but after working on 'Call the Midwife' for six months, I love moving away from vintage in my day-to-day wear.
I like vintage shops mainly, because then you can get one-of-a-kind pieces.
I think it's important to not always wear pants and not always wear dresses. You should and mix that up.
