Let's face it - Donald Trump is a very, very good con man.
There are two different Donald Trump's. There's the one you see on the stage and there is the one who is very cerebral. He sits there and considers things very carefully. You can have a very good conversation with him. And that's the Donald Trump that you'll going to start seeing more and more of.
People hear from Donald Trump that he's such an extraordinary success. They didn't know about Trump airlines and Trump mortgages and Trump vitamin network and Trump steaks and Trump Taj Mahal. They didn't realize a lot of small people have been crushed by Donald Trump's rise to become a very wealthy man, successful financially, but this is a guy who has not been a uniform success.
Donald Trump is not a Republican. Donald Trump is not a conservative. Donald Trump is trying to pull off the biggest scam in American political history, basically a con job, where he's trying to take over the Republican Party by telling people he's someone who he is not.
Women face a very, very difficult time when they run for higher elected office, unfortunately, especially against a guy like Donald Trump.
He [Donald Trump] is a tough boss. I've known him for decades. He hasn't changed very much. He's a driven person, highly intelligent, and he's very motivated, very charismatic, and he is tough as nails in the sense there's no slack there. You can't put anything over on Donald. Donald can see right through someone trying to dissemble or spin stuff.
I think the Con-Con issue is really diversionary. I've always been against Con-Con, from the very first the time the idea was raised. Everybody knows that.
I find it very easy and good to cooperate with President Donald Trump. Because he's very down to earth, very concrete. He tells me what he wants; he asks me what he can get from us.
Donald Trump represents not the lobbyists, not the elected officials, not the establishment types. These are people that have nothing to do with government; they don't work there; they have much taken from them by government. They get very, very little of it back. And that is, I think, a good point in understanding Trump's popularity and who it is that's supporting him.
When Donald Trump - star of 'Celebrity Apprentice', the man who brought you Trump Vodka, Trump Steaks, and Trump "University" very likely fraud and fail; and Twitter-hands extraordinaire - is setting up his bobblehead on the desk of the Oval Office and shredding through nuclear codes, you only have yourself to blame.
[People] assume that there must be something to [Donald Trump] grandiose self-presentation, because who could be a con man on that big of a scale?
Donald Trump is appealing to, that whole expression, everybody who asked me, why is Trump able to win in those 16 people? There's a whole expression. In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king. I'm not very good at prognosticating but I would not be surprised if he's the nominee.
Donald Trump said that he thinks he can get along very, very well with Vladimir Putin and have very, very good relations with Russia. I'm sure he can, if he is willing to turn away from our NATO allies and reconsider whether Eastern Ukraine is really part of the country, and do whatever he can to accommodate Mr. Putin's views.
Hopefully, Donald Trump's a very practical man.
I would not educate Donald trump. He is a very educated man.
Who the heck is Donald Trump to fire me? I regret I didn't tell Donald Trump, 'You need to fire your barber. I'm sorry. I ain't feeling you, man. You're fired! I fire you, Donald Trump.'
Donald Trump is not a very bright or nice man. Bad combination.
