With being a mother, I feel like you choose how you spend your time so much more carefully - which is a good thing.
Mentorship is an incredibly huge responsibility. And you need to choose your mentors carefully, just like mentors choose their apprentices carefully. There has to be trust there, on a very deep level.
I feel like it does get busier professionally, but personally, I think I choose how I spend my time more carefully, so it balances it out in that sense.
