I guess my perfect day would be relaxing with my wife somewhere peaceful and secluded, or just lounging on the couch and watching TV.
I walked across the polished marble floor and sat on a red velvet lounging couch. I idly wondered how exactly one was supposed to lounge. I couldn't remember ever doing it myself. After a moment's consideration, I decided lounging was probably similar to relaxing, but with more money in your pocket.
Just because you're a different size doesn't mean you're sitting on the couch eating bonbons all day long watching TV.
For me, a very chilled out day would be me on my couch or cooking, sitting with one or two friends watching TV or films over a glass of wine.
I love hanging out with friends and family, going to the beach or just being a couch potato and binge watching TV shows or watching a good movie.
In my spare time I like watching TV, laying on the couch, just chillin'.
For me, the best vacation is just relaxing on the couch!
I'm not a fan of watching myself on TV - it's just not relaxing. It's like if you hear your voice on a recording: it doesn't sound the same as when it comes out of your mouth.
This almost never happens, but what is really relaxing is just being in this house all by myself, sitting quietly and watching TV. But I basically never get that chance.
When you travel so much, the best and most relaxing thing is to just sit on the couch and not move.
For the first time in longer than I can remember, I feel peaceful. Not happy. Not sad. Not anxious. Not horny. Just all the higher parts of my brain closing up shop. The cerebral cortex. The cerebellum. That's where my problem is. I'm now simplifying myself. Somewhere balanced in the perfect middle between happiness and sadness. Because sponges never have a bad day.
I don't really watch any TV. I'll glance at the TV sometimes if my wife's watching 'Empire' or 'Scandal.' I'll sit with her for an episode. But I don't have a TV show that I watch.
If I don't work, I'll be sitting on the couch watching TV, eating popcorn and getting like a cow.
Some days, a beautiful sunset with your best friend can be one of the most peaceful and relaxing mediations of the day.
I don't do much. I'm too lazy. That's my problem. Hang around my couch, watching the TV. Just too lazy. I realized this the other day, I get hit my a truck tomorrow - a big truck could hit me - paralyze me from the neck down. Wouldn't effect my lifestyle a bit really.
Twitter is the perfect complement to television. TV has always been social. You talk to the person you're sitting next to on the couch. You talk to the people you're - you know, at work with the next day around the proverbial water cooler.
The most rewarding part of writing for TV is - a year ago I would have said it's just watching it on TV, it's just having been done with it and then collecting all that energy.
