I always take kind of a zen view of casting and I really don't remember people who passed. I kind of turn it over to the universe and figure, 'Wow, I guess that wasn't meant to be.' It doesn't sit with me.
I always get because people remember me as a really small, skinny kid. And then when they meet me, I'm just kind of towering over them. I'm 6'2. I'm not a giant, but compared to what a lot of people remember me as, it's a little bigger.

I'm not really one of those people who goes and writes some big back story and agonizes over characters. I think you kind of can get it. For me personally, it's just kind of more instinctive. But I don't have kind of an acting background. I fell into it accidentally.

That kind of thing, you don't see so much anymore these days with everyone being metrosexual and lattes and laptops.
I guess people wouldn't say nasty things to my face. When you're kind of isolated, you don't really hear the gossip, or you're not really involved in it. You're here, and it's all going on over there.
